Exodus 30:9-11

9 Ye shall offer no [a]strange incense thereon, nor burnt sacrifice, nor offering, neither pour any drink offering [b]thereon.
10 And Aaron shall make reconciliation upon the horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering in the day of reconciliation: once in the year shall he make reconciliation upon it throughout your generations: this is most holy unto the Lord.
11 ¶ Afterward the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
